• POST-TREATMENT BENEFITS
Santé receives, inspects, and resolves warranty claims for items performed at the clinic, according to the material type, service, and terms confirmed with each customer. You should keep your treatment plan, receipts, and warranty information for easy reference.
1. Principles for Determining Benefits The duration, start date, and scope of the warranty are recorded in the warranty card, contract, or medical record. In the event of a discrepancy between general promotional information and separately established legal commitments, Santé will cross-reference the records, explain clearly, and ensure customer rights according to the agreement and legal regulations. The periods below are reference information by service group. Your applicable duration must be confirmed based on the exact materials and treatment package chosen.
| Service Group | Reference Duration | Basis of Application |
| Implant Fixture | 5 years to lifetime | Based on implant brand and specific commitment; separate from prosthetics and retreatment costs. |
| Porcelain Crown | 5–15 years | Based on porcelain type, manufacturer, and warranty card. |
| Porcelain Veneer | 5–10 years | Based on material and committed scope for the veneer. |
| Cosmetic Filling | 1–2 years | Based on restoration type, position, and usage conditions. |
| Orthodontics | Per treatment contract | Result assessment, retention phase, and post-treatment support according to separate records. |
2. Separately Confirmed Warranty Scope For Implants, warranty information must distinguish between the bone fixture, abutment, screw, and the prosthetic tooth/arch on top. If there is a manufacturer's warranty, replacing the product according to the brand does not automatically include surgery, bone grafting, medication, or remaking the prosthesis. The phrase "lifetime," if recorded for a specific product, must be explained regarding the subject, scope, and conditions in the warranty record. A warranty policy is not a guarantee that every tooth or Implant will last a lifetime under all health conditions.
Receiving and Processing Warranties
3. Conditions for Warranty Inspection
-
Having treatment information at Santé for lookup, and the requested item is still within the respective warranty period.
-
Caring for, using the prosthesis, and attending follow-up visits as prescribed; notifying us promptly when abnormalities are detected.
-
Truthfully providing information on incident progression, related health conditions, and post-treatment interventions (if any).
Check-up appointments are usually scheduled about once every 6 months or as specifically prescribed. For orthodontics, customers must attend follow-up visits and wear retainers as instructed. If you miss an appointment, please contact us to reschedule.
4. Cases Requiring Separate Assessment Damages related to accidents, impacts, biting hard objects, using appliances contrary to instructions, arising pathologies, or interventions at other facilities will be assessed by a doctor for cause and extent of impact before determining benefit eligibility. Failing to attend follow-ups, having systemic diseases, or having previous treatments elsewhere does not automatically void all warranty rights. If there are grounds to determine that these factors caused the issue or altered the warranty item, Santé will explain the affected portion and the resolution plan. The right to request a review of professional liability and the right to file complaints remain protected.
5. Steps to Submit a Request
-
Contact the hotline, email, or visit the clinic directly; provide the registered full name, phone number, and a description of the issue. Images, warranty cards, or receipts may be supplemented if needed.
-
Attend the scheduled check-up appointment for a clinical assessment and record cross-referencing by the doctor. Simply reviewing photos remotely may not provide sufficient grounds to determine the cause.
-
Receive an explanation of the assessment results, covered warranty scope, resolution method, and estimated time. If there are costs outside the warranty scope, the clinic will report them clearly for your consideration before proceeding.
6. Processing Methods and Record Keeping Depending on the inspection results and committed conditions, the plan may involve adjusting, repairing, replacing materials, or redoing the work within the warranty scope without charging for that portion. Out-of-scope costs will be listed separately. The resolution outcome and the replacement item's warranty period will be recorded in the file.
